You can also hire staff to gradually free yourself from repetitive daily tasks. The main lobby can be renovated in three completely different styles. Each private room can also feature distinctive flooring and wallpaper. All twenty-four visiting cats are recorded in your guest album. The mail system lets you chat with nearby neighbors and receive their small requests.

When a cat checks out, its room payment is immediately added to your account. This steady income becomes the foundation for expanding your hotel. The building menu lets you add rooms to empty plots, hire receptionists and cleaners, and unlock larger facilities. Receptionists handle check-ins, while cleaners take care of housekeeping. This gives you more time to focus on expansion and respond to special requests through the storyline's mail system.

Tap or click the floor to make your manager walk automatically to that location. Alternatively, hold and drag to control movement directly. Dragging quickly lets you move the camera and survey the entire hotel. Tap the golden bell to check guests in, or tap broom bubbles to clean rooms. On PC, you can also use the arrow keys or WASD to move your character. The game fully supports mouse, touchscreen, and keyboard controls.
