Your sole goal is to kill all the zombies, explore the cursed region, and unlock new locations. Campaign mode opens up a journey of twenty levels with constantly escalating threats. Each level introduces a new type of zombie with completely different speeds, stamina, or counterattack abilities. In survival mode, every assault will be harder until your character falls victim to the overwhelming sea of bodies. The constant tension necessitates precise aiming, firing, and survival at all costs. Every bullet fired is carefully calculated because of limited supplies; every move must be purposeful. Success comes from understanding when to fight ferociously and when to retire and re-equip, not from chance.

The combat mechanics are refined to create a delicate balance between shot accuracy and movement speed. Players on the computer will use the mouse to precisely adjust their sights to each enemy. Then left click to unleash a rain of bullets on the approaching zombies. Use the WASD or arrow keys to navigate through the damaged tombstones and identify a suitable location for protection before the siege begins. For mobile players, dragging and dropping on the right half of the screen allows for smooth aiming and shooting. The fire button and virtual joystick on the left half of the screen help control the direction of movement intuitively. The phone's Auto Shoot function locks the target when you simply need to place the character.
